Second example of my sister not always being on time is once when she forgot to turn on her alarm to go to work. With that happening she was also late to take her daughter to day care. When she finally woke up she was 2 hours late and was so close to getting in big trouble with her boss.

I don't know that I'd call excessive tardiness a character trait. You've known your sister your whole life, and it's apparent that you admire her, at least enough to write your biographical narrative assignment about her- can't you come up with something more substantial- something to convince readers that they ought to admire her as well?
